Sacraments at St. Joseph

Baptism: St. Joseph Parish rejoices in the incorporation of new members into the Body of Christ. The Sacrament of Baptism for infants is celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 12:30 PM. Please call one of the priests at the rectory to schedule the baptism for your child. Prior to the baptism of their first child, the parents are invited to attend a baptismal preparation session which is held in the home of a parishioner on the first Wednesday of each month. If an adult or a school age child seeks baptism, special arrangements should be made with one of the priests.

Reconciliation: Every Saturday 3:30 - 4:30 pm

Matrimony: St. Joseph Parish helps couples prepare not only for their wedding day, but the lifelong commitment of living a Christian marriage. Parishioners of St. Joseph Church who are baptized and free to marry in the Catholic Church may celebrate their marriages in St. Joseph Church. Couples from St. Joseph Parish seeking marriage in St. Joseph Church should contact one of the parish priests at least six months prior to their intended date of marriage. The couple must meet with a priest of St. Joseph Parish before the date for the marriage can be confirmed.

Anointing of the Sick: If a member of your family would like to receive the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick, please contact  the rectory by calling (847) 251-0771
